Melissa New, LCSW

Melissa New LCSW, is a seasoned clinician with over twenty years of experience in child welfare, focusing on services to pregnant and parenting teens; and adolescents in crisis, those struggling with an eating disorder, or who have a trauma history. She creates therapeutic relationships that are based on compassion, respect, and collaboration. She utilizes a recovery model of service provision with a strength-based perspective and an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions including: traditional talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, play therapy, and task-focused therapy with a faith based component if desired. She provides services to youth, their families, and individuals in need; and clinical supervision to professionals. She has Certification in Traumatic Stress Studies and Brainspotting Phase I & II. Donje Swanson, LPC, NCC

Donje Swanson LPC, NCC, is informed by her belief that life is always changing and changes can be difficult to navigate alone. These changes may cause or be caused by anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, or loss of identity. They are complicated and can leave a sense of being overwhelmed and in need of support. Donje provides that support. Donje works alongside her clients to form a plan together on how to facilitate positive and healthy changes. She believes that change comes from accepting ourselves where we are and working towards growth. Donje’s approach is accepting, non-judgmental, and genuine. She utilizes therapeutic approaches that assist in healing and progress whether for individual, couple or family sessions. Donje works with children, adolescents, adults and families. Melissa O’Neill, LCSW

Melissa O’Neill, LCSW brings nearly 20 years of experience to her work as a therapist. She has worked with adolescents and adult struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, and those who have experienced trauma. Melissa has served as clinical supervisor and director of several programs that specialize in treating eating disorders, mood disorders, substance misuse, and the effects of trauma. She has also served as adjunct faculty for DePaul University and served as an expert speaker on the topics of eating disorders and co-occurring disorders.

Melissa utilizes a non-judgmental approach to empower clients to create change in their lives. She is EMDR trained and well-versed in several evidenced-based practices, including DBT and ACT. Jessica Thome, MS, RDN, LDN

Jessica Thome MS, RDN, LDN is a passionate and knowledgeable non-diet dietitian with a deep-rooted belief that all foods have a place in a balanced diet. She has experience working at the RTC level of care treating adolescents and adults with eating disorders. Jessica promotes a positive and inclusive approach to eating by helping individuals find harmony between their nutritional goals and personal preferences. Her commitment to evidence-based practices and a non-restrictive approach empowers her clients to make mindful choices, embracing a diverse range of foods while prioritizing their physical and mental health. She has a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and her ability to translate complex nutrition information into practical, actionable  advice makes her a trusted resource for those seeking to enhance their dietary habits.

Adrienne Roter, LSW

Adrienne Roter, LSW is a compassionate and empathetic clinician who seeks
to build collaborative therapeutic relationships that allow clients to
feel seen and heard. She believes that each person already has everything
they need within them to get to where they want to go. Sometimes, we just
need some help getting there. Adrienne respects the dignity and worth of
all individuals, promotes interpersonal relationships, and acts with
integrity, patience, and grace. She has experience in the community based,
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program
(IOP) settings. Adrienne has worked with high-acuity cases involving
intense anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and self-injury, and
specializes in adolescents struggling with school anxiety and school
avoidance. Adrienne utilizes a strengths-based approach with various
therapeutic interventions to meet clients where they are, including
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),
Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and talk-based therapy. She also
provides faith-based counseling, if desired. Adrienne works with

Asma Razik, LSW

Asma Razik LSW, has chosen a path where she wants to transform the lives of individuals by focusing on their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual development. She believes a person’s influences like community, family, and culture can play a big part in shaping someone’s life. Asma looks at the person as a whole and understands that social and environmental factors can impact a person’s health, behavior, and overall well-being.

Her experience working in child welfare and the school setting has inspired her to advocate and empower individuals through a strength-based approach to promote motivation, self-esteem, and resilience. Asma uses empathy and compassion to provide the best support to improve mental health and wellness. She works with children, adolescents, adults and families who experience social-emotional and behavioral difficulties, life transitions, grief, and cultural differences.
